1:45 | Keynote:
AI Adoption Isn’t a Technology Problem. It’s a Human One - Lessons from the Early Days of Salesforce

The current wave of AI adoption closely mirrors the early days of CRM and Salesforce: Organizations are making significant investments amid uncertainty, navigating a rapidly expanding vendor ecosystem, and struggling to translate new technology into measurable business value. While the tools are more advanced, the underlying challenge remains the same.

The defining factor of success is not the technology itself, but how effectively it is embedded into workflows, aligned with incentives, and adopted by people across the organization.

Expanded Synopsis
As organizations race to implement AI, many are encountering familiar challenges: unclear use cases, high upfront investment, an influx of vendors and solutions, and difficulty integrating new capabilities into day-to-day work. These patterns are not new.

This keynote draws a direct parallel to the early days of Salesforce and CRM adoption - a period marked by similar excitement, complexity, and ultimately, a gap between technology potential and realized value.

Through this lens, the session explores five recurring patterns in enterprise technology adoption: investing ahead of clarity, limited ability to iterate early, rapid expansion of vendors and partners, the importance of industry- and workflow-specific applications, and the persistent challenge of user adoption.
Grounded in real-world experience leading CRM and AI strategy, this talk provides a practical perspective on why technology transformations succeed or fail - and what organizations can do differently today to ensure AI delivers meaningful, sustained impact.

2:35PM | Building a high-impact Salesforce Centre of Excellence in Financial Services

A Center of Excellence (CoE) can be the difference between chaos and clarity in your Salesforce CRM.

In financial services, it’s easy for Salesforce to get out of control. Over time, you can end up with a sprawling CRM that nobody fully understands – riddled with technical debt, duplicate fields, and conflicting logic.

In theory, the Center of Excellence should solve these issues. But on the other extreme, they can become bottlenecks or overly technical talking shops.

So how can financial services organizations build a Salesforce Center of Excellence that actually delivers? How do you balance control with agility? How do you support innovation in complex regulatory landscapes? And how do you know when your CoE is just creating more problems than it solves?

These are the key questions we’re looking to answer in this session. To do that, we’ll discuss the key principles of an effective CoE, some common pitfalls to avoid, and practical advice for you to follow.

By the end of the session, you’ll have:

  • A clear blueprint and structure for your Salesforce CoE

  • Practical governance models designed for financial services organizations a strategy to align IT, operations, risk, and front-office teams metrics to demonstrate real business impact.

  • A checklist to decide if your CoE is enabling or inhibiting growth.

Together, our Salesforce experts will give you a step-by-step action plan to make your Center of Excellence a success.

3PM | Networking Break

3:45PM | Demo Jam

You’ll discover how these leading technologies help teams work smarter, connect data seamlessly, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The audience decides the winner, so come ready to vote, and see who takes home the Demo Jam crown!

4:15PM | Take Your Salesforce AI Project from Experimentation to Results

In financial services, the race is on to adopt AI.

If you do so successfully, you canl unlock some real and tangible benefits, like improved fraud detection, market forecasting, and high-frequency trading.

But getting that right requires more than just the right tools and products. Instead, real impact comes from teams that are empowered with the right tools, guardrails, and strategy.

So how do you get that right? That’s exactly what we discuss in this session, including:

  • Moving beyond experimentation and toward real business impact

  • Aligning AI initiatives with core business objectives

  • Establishing practical governance frameworks

  • Creating a clear roadmap for responsible innovation

  • Building AI-powered solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes

We explore how Salesforce teams in financial services can achieve genuine results from AI.
